The Little Blue Bag.
The withdrawal of the little blue salt bag to ordinary folk,
Robbed a generation of fathers and their favourite joke,
When giving a pack of plain crisps to their mates,
“Don’t eat the blue one, it’s salty, he states,
Such was the outcry at the loss of this pun,
Smiths announced the reintrodution of the blue bag of fun,
But Smiths have made an unforgivable fault,
The new little blue bag was a sachet of salt,
Not the old the blue bag with the twisty top
But a square one, flat and new, now sold in the shop.
