An acrostic poem about werewolves.

Image by Thomas Roche via Flickr

Cursed by the moonlight

Unearthly night creatures

Roaming the dark forest

Stalking unsuspecting prey

Eternally doomed beings

Demons of the nighttime

Beasts with deadly fangs

Yellow eyes that glow

Transforming into wolves

Hair covering their bodies

Eerie howls at the full moon

Monsters invading our world

Only roaming in the night

Otherworldly evil creatures

Nocturnal and scary beasts

Looking for mortal victims

Indulging in their blood lust

Growling in the darkness

Haunting our nightly dreams

Tempting buy very deadly

a good acrostic poem with story.

Nice one. But I think it would be nice to be a werewolf, eternal life and what not, more of a gift than a curse. At least that is what the song “Wolf Like Me” by TV on the Radio has led me to believe.

I love your acrostic poems. You can make a great poem using any subject.
