Curses

Through a pivotal point in my lowly transgressions

Every time I failed I had knelt down to pray

One drop of blood fell through its scales and then

This was his down payment for everytime I had failed him

In solemn moments of dire sorrow with both cross & bones

We all hope for a much richer & brighter tomorrow

The curse is what leads all of us to our ultimate doom !

We can curse our parents when they tell us to go clean our room;

Generational curses not only affect our own sin life;

Still also allows sickness with addictions to pass along to our children as well

A humble abode to do as you are told;

Until the very rights to you are sold

It can deeply infest our dreams

Make a clear cut mockery out of the cross on the tree

Or even give a call at the pay phone to some guy named Paul that works at the mall;

When you are under a curse the enemy has you down on the table and you might struggle with all your might to keep from being defeated !

Yet it is our choice to determine what the outcome would be;

In latent bulwark torn into its common folly abode

Curses can come even to characters coo coo, fran & even olly !

With the limited time that we have left let us try to live without any regrets

Now I bet your so sorry that we had met;

The bible talks about curses

Over a hundred times reported

Surely something that is mentioned so often in the scriptures

Has to be of profound importance to us

Curses affect our lives in so many ways

They can alert our health, finances, relationships and even our time of death;

They come upon us in a number of ways

Some are listed as :
(1) Generational curses

The children are punished for their sins of the father for three and four generations

(2) Cursing yourself

The words we speak have power

When we say negative things demons are sent to bring them to fruition

We have all said things like:

“I can never do this or I can never do that ?

These curses come about because of spoken words;

People can curse you just by speaking out negative things

Witches and Voo Doo practitioners can put a curse on you that can dramatically affect your life

(4) Curses of the law (Galatians 3:10)

Cursed is everybody who does not continue to do everything written in the book of law

(5) Curse your parents

Duet 5 :7-10 States that if we honor our parents you will live long and things will go well with you

(6) Cursed objects Duet 7 :25-26

States that if you bring a cursed object into your home you will be accursed like it;

People do not look at something and say

I’d like to have that hanging on my wall;

Cursed objects are often works of art !
