A person can be salvaged with a little TLC.

I am damaged property.
Will you still want all of me?

My pain is not yours, neither is our blame.
Would you take me to be in love,
or would you love despite me?
Dealing with foes and all their envy?

Be careful what you ask.
Love is not always friendly,
just fair warning in spite of yearning.
I know you’ll play your part,
but my pain has a price.

Unpaid claims is what this is about.
Look past the scars of healing
And consider the price you are willing
To pay for damaged property.
