Damn It! Again?

Having to start over again from scratch.

I lost poetry and ideas
pictures of the kids too,
awards that were handed out
but there was nothing I could do.

A virus took hold of our computer
and it just wouldn’t let go,
I am rather upset right now
the computer is now my foe.

Our hard drive had crashed
the other one, had to be wiped out,
losing as much as we did
really makes me pout.

I’ll have to come up with new ideas
for all of my poetry,
find all sorts of poetry styles again
which will keep me busy.

Interesting poem….some of your rhymes feel a bit forced, but overall it was okay. The poem was pretty amusing in the beginning, but it kind of lost everything around the end. Hope this helps in your future of writing!

And I’m terribly sorry to hear you had lost your poems! You should try writing them on paper next time.
