A poem on how the “darkness” sucks you in and doesn’t want to let you go; how it leads you to find other ways out.
I see it all around me,
Like a void that can’t be filled.
I try and try to find a way,
To make it through this dream.
Horrid thoughts are everywhere,
No way can I escape.
The only choice I might well see
Is to strip this body bare.
I see it as it flows right down,
Like a river flowing true.
I try to find an exit near,
To finally make it through.
Darkness seems to find a way,
No matter where I go.
The water flows and I can see,
The never ending tow.
