In this structure, I sleep at night…

The clash of rocks sounds the death at night
The craving for someone to walk in the night
Face to face the fear it brings
The darkened sea where no man can see
The only life is from the light above
Its beam carries for miles around
The monsters of steel are caught in sight
Guiding them through deaths dark path
Many victims are hit very fast
Their screams can be heard from afar
Many tales that ghosts roams the seas
I myself see many things
Safe and sound in this hundred steps prison
I’m like the watcher in this tower
All alone not a soul in sight
Oh! Didn’t I tell you this is a lighthouse?
To me I call it saviour of men
Except that it didn’t save me
I’m one of these ghosts
Just call me the host
