Humans are cursed with the concept of time
We remember things and make mental notes
We mark anniversaries no matter how good or bad
We wont allow ourselves to forget bad dates
We do it to ourselves as everyone will know
We anticipate and work ourselves up
Over a day in time we would rather forget
So intelligent, it is almost our downfall
