The Day is grand
Even through the night.
It will not let you down
Even if you think it might.
The Night is mysterious
It makes you wonder.
What will happen
When the sun goes under.
The Light is holy.
The Light is benevolent.
It strikes fear into all
Who are malevolent.
Shadows are evil.
Shadows are dark.
They will do anything
To make their mark.
The long battle of
Day and Night
Is always fueled by
Shadow and Light.
