A poem about miscommunication.

You never asked me to explain
Only listen to eternal refrains
As rain runs rivulets
In shapes of sad lost faces
Through the reflection pane

Vocal dissonance, verbal reticence
Mask a wordy brick wall of silence
As thick lips push wispy lies
Through arcs of bluish gray sighs

Enemies breed enemies
In a relational catastrophe
I cannot forgive what I cannot see
Or forget our casket in me
