A poem about deafening silence of the night calls.

Deafening silence of the night falls,
Freezing every empty heart that calls,
Calls for the light that once was all,
Winter breaks as you walk from the door
Meadows once were green,
Blossoming flowers around were seen,
Lovebirds sang songs so sweet,
As the air so soft touched our feet.
Warmth like the sun,
Covets the entire land,
Burning yet satisfying,
Flames once we’re creating.
Then sudden coldness came,
Freezing wind reveals,
Night breaks and kills the flame,
Ending the day with the darkness of an evening.
Blood starts to race,
The heart is now misplace,
Shivering body freezes,
As you let go by pieces.
Deafening silence of the night falls,
Freezing every empty heart that calls,
Calls for the light that once was all,
Winter breaks as you walk from the door
