Way on, very sudden death calls living ready is better than getting ready.
I vain you call
Orisa to war against me
I am death towering
Taller by your charms
I am the vexed supreme
Sucking joy and pain
Into my muggy recess to
Reduce terrestrial ardor to
Pomp of husks
The king stoops by me
Dare you clean on him?
Dare you scrabble for wasteful?
Worn rags of the king?
You stop too soon
To wag and will at the king’s estate
Wayfarer care else I’ll de-course your discourse
Forget I am the crested
Breaker of schemes
Wisdom walks in icy steps
And points caution to
Flat palms in infamy
I am the ready detonator
(For late Dr. Samson Bamidele Olupitan)
