Death of a Good Friend

 When you told me of her death, I got chilled to the bone,especially thinking of you being all alone……..Life goes by so quick,we must take time to make love stick.Everyone should just slow things down,they have no idea how things can turn around.It can all change in an instant,making the happiness, seem so distant.So I say enjoy life,forget all the strife.Our time is shorter than you think,Yes, life sure can stink!So to you Karen, I hold my glass high,and wave goodbye…………The Angels have opened their arms up wide,you entered with honor and pride.We will remember your beautiful smile,that alone will hold us for a long while.Until we all meet again,rest in peace, my good friend.
