The last conversation of an inmate with the walls of his cell the night before his execution.
I can see the pain in your eyes,
and I won’t be here twice.
You told the story of your friends once.
You can tell mine in thy absence.
Victim of a circumstance or a hardcore terrorist,
never mattered you whether a sadist or a rapist.
Treated everyone with equal respect,
watching them through their last flight.
You shared my anguish, you shared my pain.
When i kissed you with my head in vein,
you liked my blood, for you it was wine.
That was the time together we dine.
You sheltered me along the corners.
When I speak of sleepless nights,
you heard my deepest feelings,
you let your body to write thy stories.
Some may feel you as a lifeless dungeon.
For me you are the paradise and heaven.
To the world when I was a villain,
you welcomed me through the doors of the prison.
There will not be another tomorrow.
I can’t share my feelings and sorrow.
Time is something that I can’t borrow.
Who has seen life after deathrow.
