to drag me out of my shell.

You rescued me

from a nightmarish hell.

You have accepted me

and didn’t give a damn

about my past.

I was your only focus,

wanting our love

to have the chance to last.

I feel magnetized to you

by such an electrical force,

and you are the source

from which I draw my strength

and all of the things I need.

Upon your positive energies I feed,

which is the sustenance needed to live.

For all of the sacrifices

that you have made,
