The “bible” says to love thy neighbor as you would love yourself.
What is your defense
What is your reason for building an empire state fence
Did I show rudeness to you
Did I personally offend you
Tell me who I am speaking to
If you talk to me over an empire state fence
what is your defense
I envision the steel wool iris of your eye
Straight forward Not even a side glance did you try
I wonder yes I ponder the reason why
For I sense there is no love loss between us
No hope for a powwow with “His Son” Jesus
More like a porcupine dance is your stance
But not my kind of ballroom prancing dance
There is an evil pill being swallowed whole
I don’t understand for I’m known for a kind soul
I trouble what it is you feel I did to you
What mighty thing did I put you through
Like a linebacker ready to tackle
Ready to defend in order to win
Willing to knock down his own team men
What is it that puts you on the defense
And ergo the empire state fence
What is your defense
