A bite of the rich, dark, delectable concoction of divine ambrosia

And my tongue was wrapped in a sensation of heavenly delight

It rolled itself in the oblivion of sensual rapture and basked in the taste

That was a quaint blend of bitter sweet on the taste buds but actually much more

The aroma of the cocoa beans filled labyrinths of breath

And as the dark brown morsel mellted in my mouth

Its saccharine sweetness and tinge of bitterness mingling with my oral juices

I seemed to be foraying in a land of ecstasy, a paradise of delicious senses

The rich bite was filled with embedded nuts and raisins

And I was again engulfed in bliss of taste of paradise

Not even was manna droping from the azure heavens so delicious

Nor any sweet tasted anywhere could tease the taste buds so

Even the memory of the delectable bite makes the mouth drool

It was sweeter than summer kisses stolen in the rain at twilight

Or the taste of coffee on your lips in the drowsy mornings

It tasted sweeter than honeyed kisses of rendezous in moonlight

And better than the champagne crowned by the corona of success

It tasted as the sip of sweet nectar on the lips of the moths and butterflies

A rare taste of heaven , of a concoction of dark passion

One I shall savour on the palate of my thoughts for ever…
