Scary poem.

Image via Wikipedia

Danger surrounds the small village,

demons and monsters are everywhere.

The creatures dwell in dark caves,

located miles outside of town.

They hide in the far mountains,

they sleep during the daytime hours.

They hunt and feed on human flesh,

and drink their victims blood nightly.

I like the simplicity in this poem and how it is just stating a horror situation of a movie-esque village. A nice read!

I think you have a soft spot for the so called ‘blood-suckers’ : ))

Ooh, while this is complete and very well written I feel you can really expand on this adding it to a series perhaps. Michael
