This is a love poem, a quatrain to be more accurate. Had a girlfriend in mind when I wrote it.

My heart usurped by the mere mention, the utterance of your name

Your affection makes me a glutton, for you kisses are all a feast

Know that after being in your enveloping embrace, I’ll never be the same

And I could dream in your eyes, and die in your arms to say the least
