Although I dont have a weight problem many do.

Diet, my, is that the only way
Exercise may take excess weight away
Running miles every day
Weight training reduces the fat
Eating well, I fancy that
Push ups and star jumps doing their bit
Clothes now fitting, also getting me fit
The pounds drop off from my small frame
Being healthy and fit, it is no game
Hard work doing this not easy for me
At least now, another bonus being heart risk free
