There are different methods of relaxation which are spiritual, physical, emotional and social. It is important to have your own method of relaxation. You have to know what makes you happy with your mind and body.

You are in search of a place,

which you call your paradise,

or heaven and you seem not to find the place,

which you will call your paradise,

and sometimes it is the bed that is the place,

because outside it is like hell and not paradise,

so you look around to find a place.

You, see that is a little bit scary,

and you do not want to worry,

but to avoid the scary,

because you already know how to worry.

Therefore, you know what to do,

and that is to go beyond yourself,

and look for what to do,

that will be like yourself.

So, that is how it is,

keep calm, stay like you are

because that is how it is,

of course when you are.
