Sometimes we all need a different perspective,

Sometimes we need to look at things differently,

Sometimes we need to forget,

Sometimes we need to forgive,

Sometimes we need to look at things,

In a different light,

Sometimes we got to give ourselves,

To looking at ourselves,

Reminding ourselves we all are blessed,

We all have wonders,

We all have beauty,

We all have things that you cannot price,

If you have love,

You are happier than someone who just lost a loved one,

If you have a home,

You are happier than someone who does not,

If you have food to eat,

You are happier than someone who has been hungry,

If you have a job,

You are happier than someone who has been unemployed,

Sometimes we all need a different perspective,

Sometimes we need to look at things differently,

Sometimes we need to move on,

Forget the past,

And remember it doesn’t make our present,

Or our future,

We can move on from the hurt,

The pain,

The hardship,

And remember all those things,

We should be grateful for,

Each and every day,

It is not always easy,

And sometimes we have to stop,

Stand,

And look at ourselves,

Remember to be grateful,

Remember to be content,

Remember to find that happiness,

That lies deep inside your heart,

And look for that different perspective.
