Poem:

Diplomats try to shatter the rocks

of war and dissension to “pieces”

of international peace and goodwill

among nations, scattering

as many “pieces” as possible on

treacherous, rolling sands of bigotry,

racism and fanaticism,

while major pieces of the rocks

continue to stand untouched.
