A poem…

Divisions solve nothing

Waste time

Poison minds.

Hid in a womb of perils,

A house of deathly warmth

Turns quickly to frost.

Battles lost

Damage and infect

A sickening heart.

Tearing apart

Building blocks of peace,

We crawl from ruins daily.

We head to work

Like nothing happened,

Live out changeless days.

Time goes on,

It drags, it flies.

My heart sighs and cries…

Give peace a chance!

Very nice. Sounds like a frustrating situation.

.. and sadly family reunions at Christmas can create many divisions. This is a poem for us all to think about.

When we find out what we all share, peace will overcome most divisions in the world.
