There are situations where everthing seems to go quickly or even spread like an epidemic. That is when you need to intervene as humanitarian assistance relief workers. The problem is that the trouble makers seem to move more quickly than you think at it becomes difficult to be disuasive and dangerous therefore you feel like the authorities are weakened and that they do not tell anything because it is a shameful situation which is like a bad addiction.
It is difficult to understand
what happenes when the city
is suddenly silent you understand
and you know what is the city
because you want to understand
and be tolerant for the city
and that is when you understand
and realize that there is the city
which by itself is made to understand
that enough is enough when the city
is abandonned because of the fight stand
alone because you want the city
and that is how they should understand
that there is therefore danger for the city
