Do you dare disturb the universe?

And though you walk down this wobbly plank of life,
from the other side the others chant “break his soul let him drop.”
Yet you move on,
down a thin line of a board that seems more unstable than it did before.
At times,
it seems,
as if you hear a faint cheer,
but it is overcome by those who need mere sneers.
Fearlessly you trudge on,
 step after step,
balance act after balance act.
 Just as you come near,
 as you feared,
 there is no more board.
 So as you stand bewitched by the end, 
looking for the crossroad to get you to the other side.
