Why bad things happened to good people

a bad situation always

defuses a good situation

so much evil amongst us,

it hard for the good ones to survived

Good takes a back stand

while the bad takes center stage.

In our daily lives

we struggles to survived

back lash,

backslapping,

backsliding, backstreet, backlog,

backstreet, less important,

national forces would we ever comprehend.

I asked God for wisdom and God give me problem to solved.

I asked for prosperity

and God gave me braun and brain to work.

so do you see anything to smile about?

Too many problems,

Too many wrongs.

and enough right,

Do you see anything to smile about?

Domestic violence and abuse on the increase

Adults worrying about the Health Care Cost,

Tents in the city, for the homeless is closing

with or without people demonstrating or voting.

Do you see anything to smile about?

Teenagers dropping out of school

with no hope for their future,

when  we see this nation , as the only one

trying to solve worldly problems.

when big companies participated in fraudulent scheme,

shocking our economy into bankruptcy

Do you see anything to smile about.

Until we see our, livelihood or dignity

and our former way of life ,

restored, rejuvenate,and  getting  this country back on track

in addition focusing on its own,

without leaning on the shoulders of the outside world

then they would be something to smile about.

Calling one, calling on all

stand tall, dust off, clean up our own back yard,

It’s time to beat our own drums,

vibrated a lot of momentum,

into the hearts of our citizens,

it’s time to nurse our country back to wealth

so, once again folks

Home drums got to be first.

Let America be number one again.
