Held out his hand and said, there yours.

That little brown eyed boy, with matching hair,

That used to push me down in the park,

I slammed the front door closed,

My momma made me apologize,

So I chased him down the street,

Yelling, boys don’t cry!

My momma and daddy were beside me,

As they folded the flag and laid it in my hands,

Tears melted into the cloth, of his
