Although our dogs may be a pain,
We find we love them just same,
And even when they make a mess,
We do not love them any less
Accepting them, their wart’s ‘n’ all
Take them walking, throw their ball
Bathe them, feed them, groom them too
Clean up when they have a poo
Best of all when the day is over
Snuggle up with Rex or Rover
