A poem about doing the right thing.
Trying to do the right thing,
But I’m not going to lie, I’m still the same.
Always doing wrong,
This isn’t were I belong.
If you knew what I could do,
You would say that too.
Why do I act this way?
Why don’t we save that for another day?
You might be to blind to see,
But you’re just like me.
We might not do the same things,
but we don’t always do the right things.
