As I dive deep into the sea

The dolphins are there to greet me

Are you having a good day?

In response I get a few clicks

Then they’re off to flaunt their tricks

As I watch them merrily spin

 I cannot help but happily grin

They surface, spraying water into the air

Moving gracefully with an effortless flair

As they frolic and delightfully blow bubbles

I seem to have forgotten all my troubles

Their joy is contagious

Their playfulness outrageous

Fun, fun and more fun

All under the Hawaiian sun

They sometimes throw me a curious glance

As if to invite me to come and dance

One of them gently passes me by

Locking its gaze deep into my eye

Overflowed with feelings of love

My spirit soars like the flight of a dove

Touched profoundly by these angels of the ocean

I will forever cherish this connection
