Abuse.

Police Officer knocks on the door.

Hold the noise please Mame, sir will you just hush.

So I can take a minute to understand.

Child crouched in the corner with tears in his eyes.

A mothers poor attempt of thickly applied make-up

Did not conceal the bruises over her eyes.

She keep screaming, I just slipped on the floor

As he’s begging and pleading while he’s lead out the door.

Domestic violence hurts more than adults.

A mental effect on our children are some of the results.

Wives relocating, just to get away.

Husbands go on a hunt, like a hungry lion looking for his prey.

The wives are in terror, day after, day, after day.

To be in control is some men’s only release.

Unfortunately this power give them much peace.

So if what I am explaining ever happens to you.

Report it immediately, that is the best thing to do.

when it happened to me there was nothing anybody could do except for me to threaten with with gbh, i was in a relationship with a man like this, they are cowards and wont fight a man, thats why they hit women and kids and animals, i had to get rid of my dog because he tried to take his mood out on him, it put me off men thats why i am still alone, sandie. Thanks for sharing.

A man who abuses his wife, whether physically, mentally or emotionally, should be put in prison for life.

This one hits home more then i want it to,I nearly lost my life in a situation like this. Can see where Sandie is coming from and stays single partially on account of that.A great piece on something not heard about to much. But its not an easy situation to get out of once you get into it…much like a dominate relationship.
