Don’t cry for me is a Poem about a person who has passed away, and their last words to the person he or she loved.
“Don’t Cry For Me”
If you are reading this it’s because I have died,
We, you me, and the children lived good lives,
Sadly my time here has come to an end,
But darling you must go on,
I ask that you don’t cry for me,
My worries and fears are gone,
Troubled times are a thing of the past,
No more treatments, and no more pain,
I felt disgrace near the end,
Not being able to do for myself,
Always being a burden to you,
You showed me that your love was true,
Now that you are alone,
Think of the times gone bye,
The many nights we shared,
Living and loving till I got sick,
We with each other till I died,
Now darling, please don’t cry,
Remember that no matter what,
I carry with me our love,
Into the heavens above,
Please don’t cry for me.
Please remember our love,
