Poetry From a Dreamer.

Watching the clock
Distraction is ticking in her empty mind.
She lets her pencil slide across
Her notebook paper, blind.

Doodled hearts erase her work
And cover her sad words.
Shading in and edge detect
outlining and then blurred.

Black and White seep through the page
flow over her design.
She lets her eyes unadjust
fogging up the lines.

Colors start to blend the draw
she blinks and then it fades.
A rainbow of mysterious love
a color chart of charades.
