Snuggled in bed, warm, happy, rested. Want to stay there on cold mornings when the alarm goes off or there’s a noise outside the wakes you. Dreamland is a good place to go at night.

snuggled under the covers
farther away
into dreamland
whistle for me
green wizard
whistle
and I shall come
bowing at your feet
oh great green wizard
wave your wand
magic appears
perfect in all its majesty
I am
awe struck
amazed at all your powers
mighty green wizard
show me the way
I shall follow
teach me
I shall learn
take me under your wing
I shall obey
magical green wizard
back up beeping sound
traveling across the horizon
wakes me
shakes me
into the real world
of light, of work to be done
so long oh mighty green wizard
until tonight
I shall see you again
when my eyes close
in the dark of night
and I take your hand
in the magical world of dreamland
