Thought of a neat poem to write as I was falling asleep last night. Can’t remember a word of it this morning.

Word I wanted to write
Flutter in my mind
Lovely and appealing
Words that will inspire
I yawn
Thinking I should write them
I stretch
The words are gone a moment
I’m drifting away
Following the path the words make
A breath I’m awake wondering the words
I drift
I’m somewhere
Lost with words I’ve lost
Free
I sleep

Nicely done, it reminds me of me. lol I go to bed and then start thinking of something and have to write it down.

I’ve done the same thing myself. Now when I think of something to write, I make sure to write it down or at least enough that I can remember what I want to say.
