What would you do for a loved one?
I wrote this when I read a touching/tragic story about a two siblings.
There once was a brother.
There once was a sister.
Life full of cheer.
Dreadful was a night they never did see.
The car swimming in the water like fish in the sea.
Brother arose, afraid and cold.
Looking for his sister at the bottom all alone.
Brother dove down to save his dear sister.
Not knowing he had missed her.
No water filled her lungs in that sea.
Brother wondered where she could be.
People do wonder why brother dived when his sister shouldn’t of survived.
I ask this simple question. Would you die for a cause like his dear sister?
Or live a life while missing her?
To die for a cause, to live life with no meaning.
An easy answer for this brother while he was breathing.
Brother arose, afraid and cold.
Looking for his sister at the bottom all alone.
Brother dove down to save his dear sister.
Not knowing he had missed her.
No water filled her lungs in that sea.
Brother wondered where she could be.
Crowding the coffins, people cry in reaction.
This brother’s life could of been spared if had known his sister’s life wasn’t there.
Brother arose, afraid and cold.
Looking for his sister at the bottom all alone.
Brother dove down to save his dear sister.
Not knowing that death had kissed her.
No water filled her lungs in that sea.
For she had died, instantly…
