What’s that dear,

You talking to me?

‘Fraid I can’t hear

Got wax in my ear!

Dear get me my can.

It’s be a shame to waste,

For I’ve got a plan,

Git that light replaced.

Been save’n up some time,

Must be gettin close.

A bit of it looks like slime,

But don’t say it’s gross.

Ahh, got that chunk out,

Now it’s time to mold,

Don’t yah just want to shout

What a candle to behold!

A really hilarious piece. I suppose earwax could be an excellent insect repellent if lighted, I just wonder about the smell.

That was great. From the title I thought it might be about – you know – ear candles – the things that people use to draw toxins out the ears – or some such thing.
