A love triangle.

Her rays dance upon my face,

as I twirl in fantasy,

He peeks around and she’s gone,

What a mystery.

I spend the day in shining light,

and he asks me to dance,

but soon he is gone again,

Left without romance.

She comforts me while it is dark,

though half her wonder shows,

She waltzes cross the starry sky,

Her bosom left aglow.

He’s back and she is gone,

Left without a trace,

though I am happy with his light,

that shines from golden face.

My lover soon returns again,

so soon she has arrived.

Their eyes meet in confusion,

In anger they collide.

Neither are victorious,

though battle fierce they did,

I fear they will both leave me,

For I’m the one who hid.

His warmth returns while day is here,

She visits me by night,

I hope to never see again,

My two lovers fight.
