Something for people who don’t eat well…

Proteins, the warriors and healers,

Fats and Carbs, the energy givers,

Minerals, the ones that make me strong,

Vitamins that daily pull me along!!

These edible personalities sit in my daily plate of food,

and as usual they taste good!

They make my body run,

and they let my day be fun!!

If you want to grow healthy and strong,

Eat good food to help you along!

Chew your food well, and digest your meals,

And then like a champ you’ll feel

P.S: Don’t forget water!
