With elfin grace and puckish smile, he plays beneath the crystal skies.

With elfin grace and puckish smile
He plays beneath the crystal skies
A fey and precious magic child
His steed a unicorn must be
To carry him to far countries
Where elves, dwarfs and fairies dwell
And Pan goes dancing down the dale

Playing on his merry pipe
Giving all who hear delight
Our Alan hears as you must know
This fey and precious magic soul
He knows the elves and fairies well
And dances with them down the dale
