Three different poems – self explanatory.
* * *
I think too deep said he,
for my soul is bound and much too weak.
But the fire is set ablaze somewhere beneath,
and I now admit I have felt defeat.

The rain falls and stirs the land,
as I sit watching with pen in hand.
And I pray to the Universe, for she knows me best.
To at least give me the privilege of experiencing the rest.
For there is much more to come, that I have not yet known.
And I can only imagine how blessed I will be, by the time I am grown.
* * *
I retreat to Mother Earth with my soul unwound and my thoughts distorted,
to find the atmosphere enchanting as the birds sang in proportion to my heartbeat.
The spring breeze licked the branches of Palm and Oak alike,
and the divine power sends signals to me through it’s wondrous creations.
Every thought I carefully unfold is confirmed or denied by the all powerful,
a dog beyond my sight howls, laughter from a nearby picnic kisses my ear.
A strong breeze arises from the bay as if a storm cloud were overhead,
Twin trees stand here and there serving as gateways to the unknown,
although I have not yet learned how to open them,
I can feel its power reaching towards me, drawing me into its womb, and I understand.
The land is too magic, thriving with anticipation for a day when life is omnipotent once again.
It can’t wait to be free, so soon shall it be.
