Embrace the Light

Thoughts about an upcoming birth and the suffering of my father with cancer.

Within two hearts lies a soul

One man cannot change this

Echos of a lovers past

Allows us to accept this

As we came in we leave the same

Not knowing what lies ahead

Afraid to leave what we know

Fighting it every inch of the way

When that time comes

We all have but one choice

Whether coming in or going out

Look into the light

Embrace the new

The safety we once knew is gone

All we really have is each other and god

If you leave one out

We don’t have much

Embrace the light ….

Acho que eu também, quero gritar… hà dor dentro de mim, há tristeza volta. Um tempo atrás, essa tristeza me consumia, eu não sabia mais o que pensar, o desespero tomou conta da minha Alma…eu sei muito bem ;o que é ver alguem partir. Belas palavras, com muito sentimento, lindo, mas eu desejaria gritar agora; EU AMO VOCÊ.
