A poem about the tears I’ve shed about my dad’s cancer. A much needed release. God will catch my tears and wipe them all.

Tear, Tears, Tears

More Tears, Tears, Tears

Drifting along my face

Cheeks stay moist

Like a misty morning dew

Nose drips and sniffles

Emotions waiting for God’s whispers of healing

Upon this loved one of mine

Tears, Tears, Tears no more

Your poem was really beautiful. Crying does help. My grandfather was diagnosed with colon cancer years ago and my grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and they survived. I pray that your father will get better too.

It is better to shed the tears than to hold it all inside. A heart breaking piece.

Life can and will have many sad moments. Life is not easy and we have no choice than to bear it. I hope your father will regain his health.

It all happens to everyone once in a while. We must accept we’re far being superhuman and indeed life has its way. You must need acceptance. Well done poetry.
