A room with nothing but you in it.

I want you to picture an empty room. An empty room with walls of your favorite color. Now picture yourself in the room running around in circles. Suddenly you stop and think about all the things you can do with this room. You finally come up with a solution to what this room can be used for. You decide that you will use this empty room to store away anything in your life you would like to forget and remove from your life forever. It can be anything such as humiliating moments, embarrassing moments, a person you dislike, foods, a color, or anything that you think storing away will make your life better. You can write these things all down on a paper.

After you put all the things you chose in the room, you are going to picture a door and walk out leaving these things in the room to rot.

Imagine how your life could be with all these things gone.

You now probably have mixed feelings of guilt for leaving people in their, excitement of how successful you can be now, and possible pleasure.

Now ask yourself whether or not you would want to live that life without any of those things.

This is a great way to understand how your life is today and what things you can change about your life. You could try to use the information you gathered to make your life much better.

Ho how cool would that be, and then sometimes I think we become wiser when we have a mixer of stuff.

This is a good piece. I have actually done something like that and it actually works. It makes who you can be come to life when you put everything away from who you used to be.
