There is much being said about our world and its end. This is nothing new. All who have lived before us – said it too.

It has always been a crazy world –

all throughout the ages.

It would appear that peace does not reside in this world of ours.

There is no peace with man.

There is no peace with nature.

There is but turmoil that surrounds us.

Peace does exist.

Peace does reside on Earth.

Peace resides in a heart that remains open to the love of God.

Peace resides in a heart that allows Christ within, to reside.

He is a compass waiting to guide us through the turbulence of life.

He is the light that beams when darkness looms.

This planet Earth we have come to know as our home will always be a spinning wheel of circumstance that our humanness frantically clutches at for existence.

This world will always be a topsy-turvy swirl of events that we must learn to navigate while on this journey.

But with Christ as our guide,

In our hearts He will reside –

and we will know the peace that we seek,

when our world comes to its end as we gently fall asleep.
