One day, the universe will end

stars will dim and time will wind down

not today, not tomorrow but someday

in the cold black space, we’ll drown.

If postulated to the Gods,

answers may not come

man is drifting e’er close

to the fading of his sun.

So how to stop this entropy

with destruction pre-programmed

ask the Universal AC

“Is all humanity damned.”

The computer chewed the data

calculations about the time

and without enough to postulate

it couldn’t ease man’s mind.

And when the stars all faltered

and the last of man was gone

the Universal AC

corrected what was wrong.

Let there be light!
