A poem of loves betrayal by Paulo Costa Silva.

I’m breaking the chains of past relationship pains, it feels like its rains for seven days constantly.
sad faces and broken pieces to a heart once whole, sacrificed to the gods of love as a toll.
I won’t be tricked by our common demons, temptation feasts on my life giving semen.
A little bit of pain tainted with lust, i won’t cling to the false dream of us.
The echoes of faded hopes are barely heard, you had the nerve to throw me to the curb.

I’ll let go, to move on and start anew, all these memories of the good and bad,me and you.
I treasure the smiles that touch are souls and the kisses that meant the world.
But I must be gone like a summer breeze coming through the trees trying to ease, our worries.
Don’t ever forget the love we shared , by ocean waves and the summers stare.
Our souls entwined in that moment in time are spirits touched by the divine.

Or maybe it was the arrow from Eros, that struck me so close, to the heart, one dose torn it apart.Deep and dark turned to sunder, love blinds all, strikes like thunder. Leaves you high , drags you under, will I ever find its truth, I wonder?
