Drink in the chalice of night.

Into wisps of eternity
Divine whispers speak to me

Caress, embrace, touch
Taste the length of timid eyes
Drink in the chalice of night
Of Eros’ woeful plight

Of limbs and arms want of
Lingering affection
Of substantial perfection
Dripping with the nectar of love
The passionate rays penetrating
The intimate soul from above
While languid locks seek
Solitude and insatiable heed

Parched lips purse in silent hope
With bow and arrow perched
In wait for bloom of crimson red
To at long last meet
True love’s final bed
