To phone home.

Asked how much
A call would cost.
“Ten trillion dollars,”
Said the operator.
ET
Decided to use
Primitive forms of
Communication.
It worked.
Now ET can go home.
ET
Did violate FCC rules.
Fortunately,
ET was able to leave Earth
Before the FCC came knocking
At his door.
ET went home.
